By accessing and using the SkillupHR platform and taking our free HR assessment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

SkillupHR provides a free, 20-minute HR competency assessment. Upon completion, users receive a personalized skill gap report and a digital certificate.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, questions, assessment frameworks, and UI designs on the SkillupHR website are the exclusive property of SkillupHR and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

SkillupHR is not liable for any employment decisions or professional outcomes resulting from the use of our assessment or certificate.
